Absolutely buzzing with my new pair of Air Max. JD is always my first port of call for trainers; they always have the best exclusives that you just can’t find anywhere else. The staff in the Manchester branch were top-notch, really helpful with sizing even though it was packed. Fast service at the till and the shop floor was looking sharp. Cracking experience as always!

I ordered a pair of Nike Air Max for my son's birthday. They arrived quickly, but JD sent the completely wrong size (a size 9 instead of a 7). Mistakes happen, so I returned them immediately via their portal.



That was three weeks ago. I still haven't received my refund. Trying to contact them is a nightmare—there is no phone number, and the "live chat" is just a useless bot that sends you round in circles. I'm currently out of pocket £115 with no shoes to show for it. Their online service has gone completely downhill. I’ll be sticking to Footasylum from now on.
