An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Navigating the store is like being trapped in a never-ending labyrinth, and the 'one-way system' is frankly ridiculous. I waited forty minutes for a click-and-collect order that wasn't even ready, and when I finally got it home, half the fixings were missing. The whole experience was a total shambles—I’d rather sit in traffic on the M25 than set foot in there again. Avoid if you value your sanity.

You know exactly what you’re getting with IKEA, and frankly, I love it. We braved the trip this Sunday to kit out the spare room, and it was well worth the effort.

Yes, following the arrows around the showroom is a bit of a trek, but where else can you get a solid desk and a shelving unit for that price? The designs are clean, modern, and just work. We ended up filling the trolley with the usual random bits too—tupperware, tea lights, and a fake plant (standard).

The highlight, obviously, was the café. You can’t go to IKEA and not have the Swedish meatballs—still the best value lunch out there.

We got everything home and, surprisingly, the flat-pack assembly wasn't a nightmare. Managed to build the BILLY bookcase in under an hour without even arguing with the missus. Solid quality, great prices, and my flat looks cracking now. Cheers, IKEA.

We recently decided to upgrade our bedroom storage and went for the PAX wardrobe system. I know people always joke about the flat-pack assembly being a nightmare, but honestly, the instructions were clear and we got it sorted in an afternoon.

The quality is fantastic for the price. We managed to build a massive wardrobe that looks like a custom fitted unit for a fraction of what a carpenter would have charged. The online planning tool was a massive help, too. Plus, you can't really complain about a trip that ends with their meatballs! Highly recommended.

IKEA has made decorating my home so much easier. The furniture is stylish, functional, and surprisingly affordable. I recently bought a new wardrobe, and it fits perfectly in my bedroom. I also appreciate the detailed instructions — assembly isn’t as tricky as I feared. The staff were helpful when I had questions, and the overall shopping experience was excellent.

IKEA is okay, but it can be overwhelming. The stores are huge, and it’s easy to spend hours wandering through. The prices are reasonable, and the furniture is modern, but some items feel cheaply made. Delivery took longer than expected, which was frustrating. Overall, it’s convenient, but not perfect.

I love IKEA’s kitchen section. The designs are smart, and the quality is decent for the price. The online planning tool was very helpful in visualizing my layout. The only downside was waiting in the store cafe for lunch — it was very crowded. Aside from that, a very positive experience.

IKEA is okay, but assembly can be a headache. I bought a wardrobe, and it took me much longer than the instructions suggested. The products themselves are decent, and the price is fair, but be prepared to spend some time putting things together.

I had a poor experience with delivery. The table I ordered arrived damaged, and it took a long time to get a replacement. I also found some of the furniture harder to assemble than expected. Prices are fair, but the inconvenience and extra effort really frustrated me.

The kids’ furniture is a great combination of fun and safe design. I bought a bunk bed and a small desk for my children, and they love both. Everything arrived in good condition, and the assembly was straightforward. Crowds in the store can be a bit much, but it’s manageable if you go early.

The furniture is affordable and looks nice, but assembly takes patience. I spent a lot of time on a small bookcase, and I wish the instructions were simpler. Otherwise, the products are practical and versatile, and the price is right for what you get.

I recently bought a new sofa set and couldn’t be happier. It’s comfortable, stylish, and fits perfectly in my living room. Delivery was prompt, and the drivers were careful with handling the furniture. It’s rare to find such good quality at this price point.

The kitchen section is brilliant. I found everything I needed to update my small kitchen — cabinets, utensils, and even lighting solutions. Prices are very reasonable, and the quality is much better than I expected for the cost. My only complaint is that some popular items sell out quickly.

I’m disappointed with my experience. The store was overcrowded, many items were out of stock, and staff seemed stressed and unhelpful. The delivery also arrived late and parts were missing. Overall, it was frustrating, and I won’t be shopping there again soon.

I love their storage solutions. I recently bought a modular shelving unit that fits perfectly in my living room. It’s sturdy, looks stylish, and has made organizing my home much easier. Staff were knowledgeable when I asked questions about sizing, and the whole experience was smooth.

IKEA is perfect for small apartments. I recently bought a compact sofa-bed that’s stylish, practical, and comfortable. I love that you can mix and match furniture pieces to fit your space. The staff were helpful in giving assembly tips, and the store layout makes it easy to find what you need.

The home office furniture is fantastic. I purchased a desk and chair, and they are both sturdy and comfortable. The store was busy, but the staff were helpful in directing me to what I needed. I especially liked the layout, which made browsing different options easy and inspiring.

I had a frustrating experience with a delivery. The bookshelf arrived scratched, and the replacement took over two weeks. Some parts were missing, which meant multiple trips to the store. I like the designs, but the process was much more stressful than it should have been.

I recently redesigned my bedroom and am really happy with the results. The bed frame and storage units fit perfectly, and the style is modern but practical. The instructions for assembly were clear, and I managed to put everything together without help. It’s great to get such quality for a reasonable price.

IKEA’s kids’ furniture is excellent — safe, durable, and reasonably priced. I bought a bunk bed for my kids, and they love it. The store was busy, but the staff helped me find everything I needed. Overall, a good experience, though I recommend going early to avoid crowds.

Amelia

IKEA is fine for affordable furniture, but the assembly can be tricky. I spent hours putting together a wardrobe and had to redo some steps. Delivery was punctual, and the products look stylish, but I wish assembly were easier.

IKEA makes home decoration fun and affordable. I recently got a full living room set — sofa, coffee table, and shelves — all within budget. The furniture looks great and fits well in my space. Staff were patient and knowledgeable when I asked for help. A very positive experience overall.

Ella

I’m disappointed with my recent visit. The shelves were disorganized, and several items I wanted were out of stock. Customer service was unhelpful when I asked about alternatives. Delivery was delayed, and the whole process felt chaotic. For a company of IKEA’s size, I expected much better.

The shopping experience is generally good. I like browsing the showrooms for inspiration and then collecting items from the warehouse. Sometimes the queues at checkout are long, especially on weekends, but the quality and price of the products make it worthwhile.
